3. Telephone support is available free of charge for the first 30 days.

4. Onsite support is available at the rate of $125 per hour.

5. Media-based restores delivered on CD-ROMs are available at the rate of $155 per cd.

6. Datastak provides backup solutions for up to 100gig of data.
